Electric hammer no-load service life,endurance test system meets standard of IEC6074-2-6 Fig. 103,assemble an electric hammer and electrodrill;make it discontinuous running to check if there are electric and mechanical hazards emerging under normal operation.
The device adopts PLC control and touch screen intelligent operation;gas pressurization and machine automatic positioning angle;full test integration with simple and convenient operation.
Test Principal and Structure
No-load operation test:all of the electric hammer including hammer drill are assembled to the tester with plump as Fig.103 shown. Under the condition of hammer drill separating from electric hammer mechanism,
keep no-load operating for 12h at 1.1 times the constant voltage,then keep no-load operating for 12h at 0.9 times the constant voltage;each operation period consists of 100s connection runtime and 20s power outage;place the electric hammer at three different directions(horizontal,vertically up-ward,vertically downward) under each voltage;make it operating for 4h on each position.
Load operation test:all of the electric hammer including hammer drill are assembled to the tester with plump as Fig.103 shown;conduct 4 tests;each for 6h with 30min time interval;make it discontinuous running;
each operation period consists of 30s connection runtime and 90s power outage. Exert an axial force which ensure stable operation of impact me-chanism on electric hammer through an elastomer;You can not only use the equipped switch to connect and disconnect tool;allowed to change brush;add lubricating oil and grease on tool like normal operation.If there is mechanical breakdown during test of impact equipment without electri-fying the accessible part,replace it with a new impact equipment
Structure: consist of three part,electric control cabinet and mechanical devices
1.electric control cabinet:include Mitsubishi 7-inch PLC touch screen, control panel,load(adjustable voltage 0-250V,display voltage and current)
2.mechanical device shown as Fig.103 and Figure above:include 360kg steel foundation,impacting bit,steel base and fixture.
