A proof against water spray test device is based on the relevant provisions of the standard IEC60529IPX5/6, GB4208IPX5/6 and other standards for production, with the rain function appliances or electrical test of the waterproof performance test.
1, the IPX5 nozzle:
The nozzle diameter: 6.3 mm;
Water flow rate: 12.5 ± 0.625L/min;
Water: according to the provisions of the water flow regulating;
The center part of the main flow from the nozzle: 2.5m diameter of about 40 mm round;
Material: 304 stainless steel.
2, the IPX6 nozzle:
The nozzle diameter: 12.5 mm;
Water flow rate: 100 ± 5L/min;
Water: according to the provisions of the water flow regulating;
The center part of the main flow from the nozzle: 2.5m diameter of about 120 mm round;
Material: 304 stainless steel.
Configure the connection ball valve and pressure gauge.
